Arizona Medical Provider Services, Inc. (AMPS) has developed and implemented a compliance program to establish effective internal controls that promote adherence to applicable Federal and State laws and program requirements of Federal, State and private health plans. AMPS compliance program guidelines are in accordance with the Office of Inspector General (OIG) of the Department of Health and Human Services.

AMPS has designed its compliance efforts to establish a culture within our billing company as well as assisting our clients in promoting prevention, detection and resolution of instances of conduct that do not conform to Federal and State law and Federal, State and private payor healthcare program requirements, as well as AMPS ethical and business policies.
